Training includes development of soft and hard skills, including skills-specific training in a particular area. The program includes subsidized internships, during which youth both work and participate in the training program to build skills while learning. To date, cohort programs have included: Auto Maintenance and Repair – spring Employment and Training Division Find services for job seekers, including youth, and for local employers who want to hire qualified workers.
